Visiting or using Operation Israel’s website, services, or making a donation constitutes the user's agreement to the terms below:

1. Use of Site and Services
   Users must engage with Operation Israel’s website and services in accordance with all applicable laws and for lawful purposes only. Misuse of the website for illegal activities, personal gain, or any other unauthorized or otherwise unlawful purpose is strictly prohibited.

2. Customs and Export/Import Regulations Compliance
   Operation Israel adheres strictly to US export regulations and Israeli import/customs regulations. To ensure full regulatory compliance, personal deliveries outside of our process cannot be facilitated.

3. Equipment Request and Distribution Process
   Requests are verified for validity and prioritized based on the field's needs. Donations are utilized immediately for equipment purchases, and refunds cannot be processed due to this immediate allocation of funds. By donating, you acknowledge and accept this condition.

4. Service Operation
   Our volunteer-run operation accepts requests only via the official form on our website. We do not process requests through phone, text, social media, or other informal channels.

5. Privacy and Confidentiality
   Operation Israel collects personal information solely for the purpose of processing donations and requests. We do not sell or share this information with third parties without consent. We maintain donor confidentiality and do not disclose donor identities or personal details without explicit permission. Personal information is used exclusively for internal communication related to handling requests or donations. Our commitment to data protection applies to all operations, including the collection, use, and communication of information. While we strive to protect this information, we cannot guarantee its complete security due to the inherent nature of the internet and our operations.

6. User Content
   Users grant Operation Israel the right to modify and use content such as videos and photos submitted through all channels, including our website and social media, respecting privacy by blurring soldier faces when applicable. Operation Israel may use this content in accordance with our mission for purposes including but not limited to fundraising, marketing, or media outreach and/or promotion. 

7. Donations & Refunds
   Donations made to Operation Israel are processed with transparency and utilized for the organization’s mission. Donations are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. Given the immediate allocation of funds for equipment purchases, we are unable to provide refunds once a donation is made.

8. Third-Party Links and Content
   Our website may include links to third-party sites, such as payment processors and media publications. Operation Israel is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these sites.

9. Intellectual Property Rights
   All content on Operation Israel’s website and social media channels, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, service marks, graphics, photographs, videos, and other digital media, is the exclusive property of Operation Israel. Use of these materials without express written permission is forbidden.

10. Limitation of Liability
    Operation Israel assumes no liability for information misuse or damages from our services. We are not responsible for the completeness of confidentiality due to the public nature of our services.

11. Governing Law
    These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.

    We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the user to review these terms periodically.
